Successful Online Meeting with New German Client for In-depth Cooperation
Recently, our team held a productive online video meeting with a new valued client from Germany. This formal communication aimed to build mutual trust, clarify cooperation details, and lay a solid foundation for long-term stable partnership between both sides.
During the meeting, both parties completed detailed company introductions. We fully presented our company strength, production capacity, quality control system and overseas service experience. Meanwhile, we learned about the client’s market positioning and purchasing demands in the European market.
Both sides focused on confirming the production progress of the first official order. We communicated clearly about production schedules, processing standards and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth and on-time completion of the first cooperation project.
In addition, we had in-depth discussions on future flexible payment terms and confirmed mutually acceptable cooperation solutions. The two parties also exchanged ideas on future project directions, product development plans and long-term cooperation layouts.
The German client expressed high recognition of our professionalism, manufacturing capability and service attitude. They also mentioned a planned offline factory visit to our Ningbo facility in October this year, hoping to conduct on-site inspection and further deepen strategic cooperation.
